Our classes are aimed at complete beginners and are great for anyone just starting on their health and wellness journey. Even if you feel you’re completely unfit, Tai Chi will get you moving in a fun, gentle way.

Our students are friendly and welcoming and they are all beginners like you!

Tai Chi is something you can do anywhere and anytime. No equipment needed!
