New Term & More
Our New Term begins on 15th September. I’m looking forward to seeing you all again!

New Timetable
I posted our new timetable in our last newsletter, but I forgot to highlight some small changes.
I have moved the Tai Chi class to Thursday 6.30pm after consulting with the regular attendees. I want Thursday’s classes to be focused on stress management and improving our mental performance. Our mental wellbeing is just as important as our physical wellbeing.
I have added a new fitness class on Friday ay 6.30. This has gotten a very positive response with those of you who can’t make the 8pm strength & fitness classes. Because of this enthusiastic response, I have also added an additional strength & fitness class at 6.30pm on Monday as well.
This means that we now have classes every day of the week, and you can train your strength and fitness on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
So no excuses about not being able to find a class for you! 😊
